Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers in person, over the phone, or via email
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems
• Install and configure software, operating systems, and peripherals
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Document and report all activities and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Ensure all work is completed within agreed upon service level agreements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant technical certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are preferred
• Prior experience in computer service and repair is a plus
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
