We are hiring: General Contractor

We are currently seeking a skilled General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively
• Valid contractor’s license and/or certification preferred

We are hiring: Building Materials Sales Representative

We are also looking for a motivated Building Materials Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry
• Promote and sell a wide range of building materials and supplies to meet customer needs
• Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients to facilitate sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and industry trends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
