Job Description
As a Contractxchange, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in implementing and optimizing the Contractxchange software platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their contract management needs, provide training on the software, and ensure a smooth integration into their existing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong background in contract management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their contract management requirements
- Provide training and ongoing support to help clients maximize the benefits of the Contractxchange platform
- Customize the software to meet the unique needs of each client
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation
- Communicate client feedback to the product development team to shape future enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
