Position: Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Provide excellent client service and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
