Position: Insurance Agent

Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of insurance products, including dental and life insurance policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and service dental and life insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Educate clients on insurance products and help them choose the best coverage options
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
