Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Construction & Building Equipment Specialist to join our team in [Location]. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and guidance to our customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and building equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our equipment
• Conduct on-site training sessions for customers and demonstrate proper usage of equipment
• Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment repairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction and building equipment industry
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
