Position Available: Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
• Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing expenses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
