Position: Director of Youth Ministries

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive youth ministry program for students in grades 6-12
• Plan and execute engaging and relevant events, activities, and retreats for youth
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to assist with youth ministry programs
• Build relationships with youth and their families to foster a sense of community and belonging
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to youth as needed
• Collaborate with other church staff members to integrate youth into the broader church community

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out that faith in daily life
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or similar setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire both youth and adult volunteers
• Flexibility and creativity in program development
• A passion for helping young people grow in their faith and develop a personal relationship with God
