Job Description:

At Copperfield Dog Training Center, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Dog Trainer to join our team. As a Dog Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for dogs of all breeds and ages. You will work closely with pet owners to create personalized training plans that address behavioral issues, obedience training, and socialization. Your goal will be to help pets and their owners develop a strong bond based on trust, respect, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with pets and their owners.
  • Create customized training plans based on the specific needs of each pet.
  • Teach basic obedience commands, behavior modification techniques, and socialization skills.
  • Evaluate pet’s progress and make adjustments to training plans as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to pet owners throughout the training process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dog Trainer or related field.
  • Certification in dog training or behavior modification is a plus.
  • Patient, compassionate, and able to effectively communicate with pets and their owners.
  • Strong understanding of positive reinforcement training techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
