We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others find their dream job and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career goals
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation
• Provide ongoing support to both candidates and clients to ensure a successful placement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
