Job Title: Periodontist or Dentist

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases of the gums, bone, and related structures of the mouth
• Perform surgical procedures to improve the health of patients’ gums and supporting bones
• Create treatment plans for patients with periodontal disease
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Board certification in periodontology (for periodontists)
• State licensure to practice dentistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
