Position: Nursery Sales Associate

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with plant selection, care advice, and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Water plants, trees, and flowers as needed
• Assist in unloading and stocking plant deliveries
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
