Position: Youth Minister

Location: Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, City, State

Job Description

Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a dynamic and passionate Youth Minister to join our ministry team. The Youth Minister will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our youth programs, including Sunday School, youth group meetings, and special events. The successful candidate will have a strong faith and a desire to mentor and inspire young people on their spiritual journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging and educational youth group meetings
• Develop and implement curriculum for Sunday School classes
• Organize and oversee youth retreats, trips, and special events
• Mentor and provide support to youth members in their spiritual growth
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into all aspects of church life
• Build relationships with parents and families to support the overall well-being of youth members

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate young people
• A commitment to personal spiritual growth and development
• Must adhere to the beliefs and values of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church
