Leather Cleaning Specialist

Job Description:

• Inspect and evaluate leather garments for cleaning and repair needs.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning methods and products to ensure the quality of the leather is maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions regarding leather care.
• Handle delicate leather items with care and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to meet cleaning deadlines and maintain a high level of service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in leather cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle and clean delicate materials with care.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Dry Cleaner & Laundries Specialist

Job Description:

• Operate dry cleaning and laundry equipment effectively and safely.
• Inspect garments for stains and damage, and treat appropriately before cleaning.
• Ensure that all garments are cleaned according to company standards and customer preferences.
• Organize and manage cleaning schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of their items, providing excellent service at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry services preferred.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and garment care instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Bridal Gown Preservation Specialist

Job Description:

• Handle delicate bridal gowns with care and attention to detail.
• Inspect gowns for stains, tears, or other damage and determine the appropriate cleaning method.
• Ensure that gowns are properly preserved and packaged for long-term storage.
• Provide brides with care instructions for their gowns and answer any questions they may have.
• Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines for bridal gown cleaning and preservation.

Requirements:

• Experience in bridal gown cleaning and preservation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate fabrics.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of bridal gown care and preservation techniques.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends for bridal fittings and consultations.
