Position Overview:

We are seeking a Furniture Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at the CORT Furniture Outlet Showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their furniture selections, providing product information, and driving sales to meet and exceed store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting Beds & Bedroom Sets, Used Furniture, and Furniture Renting & Leasing options
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor
• Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
