Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates at CORT Furniture Rental & Clearance Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture pieces that best suit their needs and budget. You will also be responsible for promoting our rental and clearance center services, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces based on their preferences and requirements
- Promote and explain our furniture rental and clearance center services
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn about furniture products and services
