Job Responsibilities:

• Assist members with inquiries, orders, and product information

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
• Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
