As a Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney at Counts & Bonacci Llp, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and provide legal advice to corporations, partnerships, and other business entities. You will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Advising clients on corporate formation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
– Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
– Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
– Providing legal counsel on compliance matters, regulatory issues, and risk management
– Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar and in good standing
– At least 5 years of experience in Corporation & Partnership Law
– Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Attorneys

As a Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Attorney at Counts & Bonacci Llp, you will work closely with clients to create personalized estate plans and ensure their assets are protected for future generations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
– Providing legal advice on estate tax planning, asset protection, and probate matters
– Assisting clients with trust administration, asset distribution, and guardianship issues
– Representing clients in estate litigation and disputes
– Educating clients on the importance of estate planning and wealth preservation

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar and in good standing
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning
– Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws governing estates and trusts
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
