Positions Available

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Chef de Cuisine
• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess

Job Responsibilities

Chef de Cuisine

• Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Create and execute new menu items that showcase the unique fusion of Indian and American flavors
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a clean and organized work environment

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and specifications
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station

Server

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them in a timely and organized manner
• Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
• Assist servers and bussers as needed to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The following qualifications are preferred:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Indian and American cuisine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
