Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oil Field Service Supervisor to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas, with a focus on managing field operations and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Supervising and coordinating all activities related to oil field service operations
• Overseeing a team of field technicians and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Developing and implementing operational procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Monitoring progress and performance against project timelines and budget
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in oil field service operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
