Job Description
CPL Retail Energy LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and a positive attitude. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Update customer accounts and records
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
