• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electronic devices including cell phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles
• Perform software updates, data transfers, and hardware replacements as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics repair is preferred
• Technical knowledge of cell phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
