We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

General Contractor

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise and schedule work crews to maintain efficiency and quality
• Monitor and maintain safety standards on job sites
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
