Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance policies available
• Recommend appropriate coverage based on clients’ needs and budget
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and cold calling
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Insurance License required
• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
