Crazy Alan’s Swamp Shack is a well-established seafood restaurant located in the heart of Louisiana. We pride ourselves on providing delicious seafood dishes in a lively and fun atmosphere. Our menu features fresh fish, shrimp, oysters, and more, all prepared with Cajun flavors that keep our customers coming back for more. In addition to our restaurant, we also offer catering services for special events and have a fish & seafood market where customers can purchase fresh seafood to cook at home.

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes following our recipes and standards
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

2. Waitstaff

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns

3. Catering Coordinator

• Work with clients to plan and execute catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and parties
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and service
• Manage inventory and supplies for catering events
