Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and creative florists to join our team. As a florist at Creations from the Heart Flowers & Gifts, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and personalized floral arrangements for our customers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then use your expertise to bring that vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Order and maintain inventory of flowers, vases, and other supplies
• Stay up-to-date on current floral trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a florist
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for floral design
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
