Position: Credit Repair Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ credit reports to identify inaccurate or outdated information
- Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies to dispute negative items on clients’ credit reports
- Develop personalized credit repair plans for each client based on their unique financial situation
- Educate clients on credit management, budgeting, and financial literacy
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the credit repair process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit repair, credit counseling, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of credit scoring models and credit reporting laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Passion for helping others improve their financial health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
