Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
• Create unique and innovative drink recipes
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Monitor and control inventory
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
