Job Title: Social Services Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social service programs to support the community
Coordinate with local agencies and organizations to provide resources and support for those in need
Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances
Organize outreach initiatives to engage with marginalized populations
Work closely with volunteers to ensure programs are running smoothly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
Experience in social services and community outreach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of local resources and agencies
