Job Title: Social Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social service programs to support the community
• Coordinate with local agencies and organizations to provide resources and support for those in need
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances
• Organize outreach initiatives to engage with marginalized populations
• Work closely with volunteers to ensure programs are running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
• Experience in social services and community outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of local resources and agencies
