We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Insurance Sales Agent for our Workers Compensation & Disability Insurance, Insurance, and Business & Commercial Insurance department.

Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options to clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance policies
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to close sales and provide ongoing support
• Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales
• Active insurance license (Workers Compensation & Disability, Property & Casualty, or Life & Health)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
