### Job Title: Janitorial Service Technician

#### Job Duties:
– Perform daily janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
– Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
– Monitor and refill cleaning supplies as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

#### Requirements:
– Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
– Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

### Job Title: Window Cleaning Specialist

#### Job Duties:
– Clean interior and exterior windows of commercial and residential buildings
– Use specialized equipment to reach high windows safely
– Remove dirt, grime, and streaks to ensure a streak-free finish
– Inspect windows for any chips or cracks and report any issues to the supervisor
– Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns

#### Requirements:
– Experience in window cleaning preferred but not required
– Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting imperfections
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Flexibility to work during the week and on weekends

### Job Title: Pressure Washing Technician

#### Job Duties:
– Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building exteriors
– Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to remove dirt, mold, and mildew
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries and damage to property
– Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
– Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional service

#### Requirements:
– Prior experience with pressure washing equipment preferred
– Knowledge of different pressure washing techniques and cleaning solutions
– Ability to work in various weather conditions
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
