Gift Shop Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect gifts and souvenirs
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are visually appealing
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Learn about our products and make recommendations to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passion for helping customers find the perfect gift
