Position: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract manufacturing processes and a proven track record of managing successful manufacturing projects. The Contract Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from initial project planning to final production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing needs and develop customized solutions
• Create project timelines and ensure that manufacturing processes are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and optimize production efficiency
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Stay current on industry trends and technology to continuously improve our manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
