Position: Inventory Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team at Cullen Auto Parts. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring accurate stock levels at all times. This role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
– Track incoming and outgoing shipments
– Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
– Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory
– Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
– Assist in the organization and storage of inventory
– Help optimize warehouse space and layout for efficient storage
– Use inventory management software to track stock levels and manage inventory data

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficient with inventory management software
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Forklift certification is a plus
