Position Available: Kitchen Staff

We are seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join our team and assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing spices
• Cook dishes according to traditional Indian recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a kitchen setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
