Position Available: Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of Cushingberry Motel, providing exceptional customer service to our guests from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with the check-in process
• Answering phone calls and emails, and providing information about the motel and local area
• Handling reservations and cancellations efficiently
• Addressing any guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Processing payments and balancing cash drawers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a hotel or motel setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
