We are Looking for Talented General Contractors

We are currently seeking experienced General Contractors to join our team. As a General Contractor at Custom Home Improvements Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and final inspection. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Valid General Contractor license
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

We are also looking for talented Altering & Remodeling Contractors to help us transform our clients’ homes into beautiful, functional spaces. As an Altering & Remodeling Contractor at Custom Home Improvements Inc, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole-house renovations.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project plans and timelines
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns
• Make design recommendations based on client preferences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential remodeling
• Strong carpentry skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
