Job Description

As a Packaging Service Specialist at Custom Packaging Products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ packaging needs are met with precision and efficiency. You will work closely with our sales team and production staff to develop customized packaging solutions that meet our clients’ unique requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their packaging needs
• Designing and creating custom packaging solutions
• Coordinating with production staff to ensure timely delivery
• Providing ongoing support to clients to address any packaging issues
• Maintaining accurate records of client communications and orders

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the packaging industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
