Job Title: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at Custom Paving Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage project budgets and expenses
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Valid driver’s license and transportation

Job Title: Paving Contractor

As a Paving Contractor at Custom Paving Inc, you will be responsible for laying asphalt, concrete, and other materials to construct or repair roads, driveways, and parking lots. You will work closely with the General Contractor and other team members to ensure that paving projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for paving by grading, leveling, and compacting
• Lay asphalt, concrete, or other paving materials
• Operate paving equipment such as rollers and pavers
• Ensure proper drainage and slope in paved areas
• Maintain and repair paved surfaces as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paving Contractor
• Knowledge of paving materials and techniques
• Ability to operate paving equipment safely and efficiently
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
