Job Title: Pest Control Technician

Job Description:

As a Pest Control Technician at Cypress Critters & Pests, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing tailored treatment plans to eliminate pests. You will work closely with customers to educate them on pest control measures and provide recommendations for prevention. Additionally, you will be required to document service activities, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations
• Develop customized treatment plans based on the type of pests and the severity of the infestation
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively
• Educate customers on pest control measures and preventive strategies
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all treatments
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pest control or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of common pests, their habits, and behaviors
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pest control certification or license is a plus
