Job Description:

At Cypress Square Animal Clinic, we are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing excellent care to both dogs and cats. As a Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for assisting our veterinarians with medical procedures, administering treatments, and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalysis
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Certification as a Veterinary Technician
• Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals
• Strong attention to detail
