Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description

The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and negotiating mortgage loans for clients. This position requires a strong understanding of mortgage products, financial analysis, and excellent communication skills. The Mortgage Loan Officer will work closely with clients to assess their needs and guide them through the loan application process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ financial information and determine their eligibility for various mortgage products
• Guide clients through the loan application process and review required documents
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Active NMLS license
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
