General Contractor Position

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and communicate project progress to clients
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and adhere to quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Contractor in the construction industry
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Drywall Contractor Position

Job Description

• Install drywall, tape seams, sand joints, and apply texture to walls and ceilings
• Repair and replace damaged drywall as needed
• Work closely with other trades to ensure a smooth construction process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drywall Contractor in the construction industry
• Proficiency in drywall installation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Roofing Contractor Position

Job Description

• Inspect and assess roofs for damage, leaks, and wear and tear
• Repair or replace damaged roofing materials
• Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
• Ensure roofs are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
