We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated DUI & DWI Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a passion for criminal law and a commitment to defending the rights of individuals facing DUI & DWI charges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in DUI & DWI cases in court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies
• Negotiate with prosecutors to reach favorable plea deals for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their case
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
• Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations related to DUI & DWI cases

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law, with a focus on DUI & DWI cases
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
