Responsibilities:

• Provide immigration and naturalization consulting services to clients seeking legal guidance.
• Prepare and file immigration documents, petitions, and applications on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, interviews, and hearings.
• Keep abreast of changes in immigration law and policy to ensure clients receive up-to-date legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for successful immigration cases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration and naturalization law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school for attorneys.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of [insert state].
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
