We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team.

Position: Clinic Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Supervise clinic staff and provide leadership and support
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care
• Oversee billing and coding processes
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Conduct staff meetings and trainings
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Experience working in substance abuse treatment or mental health services
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems
