Position: Accident & Personal Injury Attorney
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of personal injury and property damage cases from inception to resolution
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the case
- Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
- Demonstrated success in handling personal injury and property damage cases
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
