Job Responsibilities
Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
Responding to queries for information and access relevant files
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar position
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of databases
Great attention to detail
Good command of English both oral and written
Great typing speed and accuracy
