• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment outcomes.

• Stay current on medical advancements and best practices in pediatric neonatology.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum of X years of experience in pediatric neonatology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
