Position: Estate Planning Attorney

Davila and Davila is a well-established law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Living Trusts. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Assist clients in creating comprehensive estate plans tailored to their individual needs
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings
• Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
